Tonight I learned from my long time friend Al, who has consulted with numerous volunteer fire departments with setting up their tax exempt status, that Abdiel Development, registered in Wyoming with an IRS tax number assigned (39-2884954), has 27 MONTHS of opportunity to operate as a nonprofit without seeking IRS tax status from the date it was registered on 6/25/25.

That means we now can start collecting donations for our new homeless US military veterans project – Promised Land Villages USA Veterans – where we will have a 6 month program that will help these over 35,000 homeless veterans return to a useful productive life.

It consist of:

☆ 6 months of Christian counseling for alcohol and drug addiction

☆ financial literacy training

☆ computer literacy training

☆ job interviewing skills

☆ entrepreneurship training

☆ sustainable organic gardening skills

☆ raising chickens and turkeys

We plan to build a dormitory, classroom facility, and mess hall on 40-50 acres in western North Carolina mountains. On this property will be the XtremeRaces trail running/obstacles course that these veterans can use for staying physically fit.

It is our understanding in talking with Al that we can start accepting donations of money, land, services and products. We will tell all of our potential donors that they should consult with their tax consultant before offering any donation.
